  We booked our tour and was sent an email a few days later that they needed to change our time. They then proceeded to tell me that we were coming on a busy weekend and it would be wise to come at a different time. I was talked out of visiting Niagara Falls completely by the receptionist and canceled the tour and our hotel a week before our trip. We have never visited Niagara Falls and were looking forward to the trip. Now we aren't sure we ever want to go considering we were discouraged before we even got there.
